About the Film

Broken Measures is an independent narrative short film produced by Cross Culture Studios. The film has completed principal photography and is currently in post-production as it prepares for its festival run and public release. We are looking for a motivated student to help bring the film to audiences through creative marketing and digital storytelling.

Position

Digital Marketing & Film Promotions Intern (Unpaid)

Responsibilities

  • Help grow the film's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Create engaging content using behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, production photos, and promotional assets.

  • Develop content calendars and assist with scheduling posts.

  • Engage with audiences and help build an online community.

  • Research film festivals, organize submission deadlines, and track opportunities.

  • Brainstorm promotional campaigns and marketing ideas leading up to the film's release.

  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Student studying Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in social media and digital storytelling.

  • Organized, creative, and comfortable working independently.

  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
