Job Description

The Graduate Programs Office at the Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership seeks a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator Intern to support the marketing and outreach efforts for our online executive education and graduate programs. This paid internship is ideal for a graduate student or advanced undergraduate interested in marketing, higher education administration, AI in marketing, hospitality leadership, or executive education.


The intern will play a hands-on role in promoting online programs, identifying prospective industry contacts, and expanding partnerships across hospitality, education, and related professional sectors. The intern will report directly to the Director of Executive Programs to help with marketing initiatives for Fall enrollment.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, hospitality, executive education, or higher education
• Strong research, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
• Academic or professional background in marketing, hospitality, communications, education, or business
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
• Experience conducting outreach, prospect research, or lead generation
• Interest in workforce development, executive education, or adult learners
• Comfort interacting with professionals and industry stakeholders
