Through our one-of-a-kind mobile enrichment program, we bring a specially designed trolley directly to shelters, foster group homes, and transitional housing communities, providing trauma-informed educational play, movement, and enrichment experiences for children who need them most.

Our foundation is actively involved throughout Houston, participating in major community events, building corporate partnerships, and creating opportunities for local businesses and volunteers to make a meaningful impact. As our organization continues to grow, our goal is to expand our reach, strengthen community awareness, and ultimately bring the joy of the Jolly Trolley to children across Texas.

Job Description

The Jolly Trolley Foundation is seeking a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence and share the inspiring work of our Houston-based children's charity. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms; filming and editing reels and short-form videos; capturing photos and videos at community events; developing social media campaigns; assisting with content calendars; and identifying creative ways to increase engagement, followers, and awareness of our mission.

Interns will have opportunities to participate in major Houston events, collaborate with our team, and build a professional portfolio while helping us share our mission with a wider audience.
