Over ten weeks, college associates collaborate with teams across Live Nation, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn directly from industry leaders through mentorship and professional development opportunities designed to help you grow your skills and expand your network in live entertainment.

Artist Rights – Help match brands with the right artists by researching talent, supporting contracts, and keeping the team tapped into music trends.

Brand Management (Regional & National) – Support brand partnerships across venues, festivals, and national programs — from activation planning to client relationship building.

Creative – Bring partnership ideas to life through design, motion, and storytelling that connect brands and fans.

CURATED – Contribute to programming that celebrates Black-founded festivals and cultural experiences through research, event support, and creative development.

Digital Strategy & Execution – Learn how digital media campaigns come together, from creator partnerships and ad planning to reporting and optimization.

Experiential & Events – Help plan, produce, and execute brand activations across venues, festivals, and hospitality programs.

Fan & Partner Research – Turn fan data and sponsorship results into insights that help shape future campaigns and brand strategy.

HR – Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that build Live Nation’s people-first culture.

Integrated Marketing – Collaborate across teams to create integrated brand partnerships that span digital, on-site, and experiential channels.

Labs – Work with our in-house creative studio to produce original content that brings campaigns to life.

Media Partnerships – Assist with media planning, social strategy, and campaign tracking for brand partners reaching millions of fans.

Product – Support app development, data analytics, and fan experience tools that enhance how audiences engage with live events.

Sales (Regional & National) – Research, pitch, and help develop partnership opportunities that connect brands with the power of live.

Ticketmaster Promoted – Learn the business behind ticketing and digital ad products by supporting launches, user research, and campaign analysis.

Ventures – Explore new business and investment opportunities through market research, data analysis, and trend evaluation.
