Location: Hybrid (Primarily remote with occasional in-person days in Houston)

Goodspero is an impact-driven creative agency specializing in video-first content marketing for mission-driven brands. Founded in 2014, we’ve evolved into a video content powerhouse known for combining strategic storytelling, AI tools, and social impact to amplify our clients’ messages. As we scale our subscription-based services and launch digital training products, we’re offering interns the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real-world projects while gaining valuable, career-advancing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment. Intern Role Overview

As a Marketing and Social Media Intern, you will work directly with our co-founders to support the execution of content strategies, manage creative assets, and implement social media campaigns. You'll gain exposure to real client brands, AI-powered content creation tools, and marketing systems used by today’s agencies. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape and share stories that matter, while learning how digital content drives business growth.

Key Learning Outcomes

You will gain experience in:

  • Generative AI tools to enhance strategic marketing efforts, streamline execution, augment content creation, and improve team productivity

  • Content marketing and digital storytelling, learning how to create, publish, and track content that supports brand strategy and audience engagement, advanced buyer persona generation, and hyper-targeted messaging for every stage of the customer journey

  • Social media marketing implementation and analytics, gaining hands-on experience in campaign planning, content execution, optimized post scheduling, audience engagement, platform management, algorithms, and performance analysis across platforms

  • Creative collaboration and professional communication, working with founders to draft marketing content, organizing media assets, contributing ideas to brand messaging, building skills in stakeholder engagement, task management, and real-time problem-solving within a collaborative team environment

  • Real-world business development and early-stage product creation, including client targeting, lead generation tools, digital product strategy, growth strategies, and internal workflow design

Internship Responsibilities


You’ll work under close supervision and receive coaching, feedback, and learning guidance. Projects will include:

Marketing & Content Support

  • Implement social media strategy and publish content using tools like LinkedIn Pages, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram apps

  • Prepare and schedule posts across multiple platforms based on existing content plans

  • Resize and repurpose content clips using tools like OpusClip, HeyGen, and Canva

  • Help draft initial copy for social captions, blog outlines, and newsletters (under supervision, with editing support from leadership)

  • Log published content and performance metrics into tracking systems

  • Conduct basic keywords and competitor research for platform optimization

  • Collect and archive testimonials, feedback, or content ideas mentioned in client meetings

  • Assist in organizing content folders for blog, newsletter, and social media use


    Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong interest in digital content, branding, and social impact messaging

  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT/Claude, other AI tools

  • Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn

  • Bonus: Interest in AI tools, content creation, and creative entrepreneurship
