PR isn’t just about being seen. It’s about shaping culture and sparking real conversations. This summer, Edelman is looking for bold, curious, and culturally fluent rising seniors to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. You’ll be part of teams that have turned unconventional ideas into award-winning moments - from the viral Progresso Soup Drops that dominated cold-and-flu season and Cannes Lions conversations, to powerful social impact work like The Unburied Casket, a campaign amplifying awareness around South Africa’s femicide crisis. Across digital, integrated, and experiential work, we build ideas that don’t just get attention. They create measurable impact and shift narratives.
This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, not just paperwork. You’ll support cross-functional teams crafting strategy, content, research, and execution across PR, social, digital, and earned channels for culturally relevant work that earns media, inspires audiences, and moves culture forward. To be considered, you must be a rising senior, having completed your junior year of undergraduate study by Summer 2026. If you’re eager to learn how world-class communications is made, from insight to execution, this is where you start.
Interns are selected to support clients through various capabilities (Brand, Corporate, Health, Impact, Strategy, Digital, Technology, Creator Marketing, Financial Communications, and Project Management) for the length of the program. In addition to receiving direct mentoring within a capability area, interns will also have exposure to other areas of the business to enhance their professional and communication skills.
To learn more about the capabilities we offer, please visit https://www.edelman.com/expertise. Please note that we will have separate applications and eligibility requirements for teams/entities like Public & Government Affairs, Creative, Integrated Production, Global People, AI, DXI, and UEG.
To land this gig, you need to have a passion for people and helping others solve problems. Our culture is what sets us apart from traditional ad agencies, and it’s why so many stay with us awhile. At Edelman, our most valuable resource is you – our people – with a diversity of backgrounds, ideas, and smarts (with heart). We support one another, and encourage each other, and we’re looking for individuals who want to contribute to our culture.
