  • See a viral moment in the everyday. You know how to take a powerful community conversation or an awkward moment at an event and turn it into engaging, short-form content that speaks to a wider audience.

  • Demand a flexible schedule. You thrive in a remote-first environment where you set your own hours and focus on outcomes, not seat time, allowing you to prioritize school, family, or personal projects.

  • Are fluent in the digital dialect. You speak the native language of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and you’re ready to use your skills to build genuine understanding and make people feel like better neighbors.

  • Want to lead, not just follow directions. You are ready to pitch big, creative ideas and own the entire process, from concept to caption, with direct access to organizational leadership.

General Responsibilities:

  • Implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Research topics within our portfolio to identify new trends or growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with our clergy network, partners, and volunteers to produce videos, infographics, slideshows, and other digital media formats to engage our audience. The tools utilized are Riverside.FM and Canva.

  • Use SEO best practices and APA guidelines to edit blog posts, newsletters, and other content for our website and social channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Respect, appreciation, and/or curiosity for ALL faith traditions, ideologies, and political leanings.

  • Ability to generate and implement new, creative ideas to communicate our mission.

  • Basic audio and video editing skills using relevant software for splicing, subtitling, overlays, and other general functions.

  • Creative and innovative; the ability to see alternatives and solutions.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in an ever-changing, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment.

  • Exceptional research skills with a demonstrated understanding of data and digital platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and clear experience in engaging content.

  • Your application will be considered as a priority if you email future@joinbridges.org and write ‘Stargate SG-1 is the best sci-fi show’ in the subject line. Include your resume as a PDF attachment. Congratulations on reading the entire job description.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently and operate with little oversight and minimal direction.
