Endicott PR is a full-service boutique lifestyle PR firm specializing in, media relations, marketing, digital and social media, branding strategy, and event production and publicity for arts and entertainment, hospitality, travel/tourism, fitness/beauty, real estate, and retail clients. It is our 22 nd Anniversary as a firm. Our focus is business to consumer (B2C) and we handle international, national, regional and local brands and causes that elevate life as we know it. We have offices in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston.
About our Founder/Owner
Lisa Endicott is a self-made, serial entrepreneur and communications expert whose career spans the spectrum of entertainment, journalism, and public relations. Endicott created a successful special events company, record label and public relations firm before she was 25. Her vision is to empower all people especially women to be self-sufficient and set up in lifelong, fulfilling careers. Inspired by her real estatebroker mother and aunt, Endicott has had her own public relations and social media firm Endicott & Co PR for 20 + years after 3 years at top PR Agency and 4 years as a sports reporter. She expanded the firm by creating offices in the 4 major cities in Texas and national presence with additional teams in Denver, New York City, andLos Angeles. She has consistently been a force in traditionally male-dominated industries of music, sports, hospitality—from athletes to rock stars to lifestyle brands to chefs. Internship Responsibilities
Internal Endicott PR Specific Duties:
Research and maintain media lists and audits
Contribute to writing Internal company press release and company newsletter per month
Assist with social media planning and scheduling of posts
Looking for new clients – bringing ideas to staff meetings weekly
Research new tools/apps
Help with pitch brainstorming
Maintain calendars offline and online
Maintain periodicals File paperwork
Activity reports
Set up calls/meetings – check voicemail and assist owner and account executives
Maintain organization of offices
Proposals: assist with research and copy for new business proposals
Client Specific Duties
Assist with Google Calendars
Research potential event opportunities
Monitor client mentions on social media
Assist on-site with events
Working on tasks set forth and assigned on weekly calls and staff meeting
Assist client account teams
Monitoring and tracking client press coverage
Required Skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and resourcefulness
Excellent organizational skills and critical thinking skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, GoogleSuite, Dropbox, Canva, and social media platforms
Outstanding writing abilities (press releases, media alerts/advisories, blog posts, and social media copy)
Qualifications in communications, public relations, and media relations
