Production Assistant - MOLLY x NIKO

We are producing a short film that will be shooting on November 1 and November 2 in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to support our short film project. The PA will help ensure smooth operations before, during, and after production by assisting the crew, managing logistics, and handling on-set needs. This is a 10 hour/week, in person, unpaid opportunity.

Job Duties

• Pre-Production: Assist with scheduling, script copies, call sheets, prop/wardrobe prep, and location readiness.

• Production: Support the crew with setup and breakdown of equipment, manage background/props, handle runs (errands, meals, supplies), assist with crowd and cast coordination, and maintain a safe and organized set.

• Post-Production: Return rented gear/props, help organize production paperwork, manage receipts/expense tracking, and assist with distributing final materials as needed.
