Social Media Creator - L Design Group
L Design Group is a dynamic and design forward interior design studio specializing in luxury residential new construction and remodels as well as some commercial spaces. Our mission is to create inspiring, functional environments that reflect the lifestyle and personality of our clients.
We are looking for a social media creator. This is a paid ($20/hour), hybrid position. You will work 10 hours a week or 40 hours a month.
Job Duties
Social Media Strategy Development:
Will assist the designer and asst to the designer on photo shoots in the office and on construction sites as needed.
Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and enhances our online presence across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blog posts, etc.) that showcases our interior design work, trends, behind-the-scenes moments, design tips, and client stories. Ensure content is in line with brand identity and messaging.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with interior design enthusiasts, clients, influencers, and collaborators.
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and monitor social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, growth) and provide detailed performance reports. Use insights to refine strategies, improve content, and drive better results.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with influencers, design bloggers, and other brands to amplify the company’s reach and credibility.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging social media tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
Paid Social Media Management:
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable) to ensure maximum ROI, targeting the right audience effectively.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Manager).
Excellent written and visual communication skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Preferred knowledge of the interior design industry and an ability to create content that resonates with design-conscious audiences.
Creative thinking and ability to adapt to emerging trends in social media.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships is a plus.
Preferred experience with a camera and Iphone camera.
