In this role, you’ll take the lead on producing compelling, on-brand video content that boosts engagement, builds trust, and enhances our digital presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the voice of a dynamic law firm with a strong commitment to digital innovation and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film weekly in-office video content at our Houston location, capturing attorney interviews, client-focused features, and educational content.

  • Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for use across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Lead the development of short-form video content with a focus on social media trends, audience engagement, and storytelling.

  • Create longer-form video content optimized for SEO, including educational legal explainers, FAQs, and firm culture pieces.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute video campaigns that align with our brand voice and goals.

  • Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high production quality and consistency across formats.

  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for video content performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in videography, editing, and social media content production.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form social content and long-form storytelling.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Strong sense of pacing, framing, and storytelling with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet weekly deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with professional audio and lighting equipment.

  • Familiarity with producing content in a legal or professional services environment.

  • Comfort appearing behind the scenes and occasionally assisting with scripting or on-camera direction.
