Video Intern - UH Athletics

The Video Department within the Houston Athletics Department is looking for students with a passion for shooting video and photo, editing.

This is an in person opportunity, 20 hours per week, $12.50 an hour.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  (include, but not limited to):

  • Editing videos for UHCougars.com, our social media outlets and home sporting events

  • Working behind the camera to shoot live game action, practices and feature stories

  • Work with coaches, players and Athletic Department staff to gain professional experience

  • Learn the proper way to respectfully care for essential video equipment

  • The athletic department uses Adobe suite programs such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
