Copy Intern - Lindeman & Associates

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and imaginative Copywriting Intern to join our creative team. You’ll help bring entertainment campaigns to life, brainstorm ideas, and write across a range of platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in brainstorms and concepting sessions

  • Support the team on live client work and internal projects

  • Help edit, proofread, and polish creative content

  • Research tone, style, and trends for different clients and campaigns

  • Sit in on creative reviews and gain exposure to feedback cycles

What You’ll Learn

  • How to write across formats and channels with clarity and impact

  • Crafting compelling copy for different audiences and brand voices

  • How to work in a collaborative creative team

  • The full lifecycle of campaigns from brief to launch

  • How to receive and apply constructive feedback to strengthen your writing

Eligibility

  • Students or recent grads in advertising, journalism, communications, English, or related fields

  • Available for the internship period of June 2nd-August 8th

  • The base compensation range for this position is the hourly minimum wage in the city and state you are workin

  • Extended periods of desk work:

    • Ability to create and edit presentations and participate in the delivery of presentations, which may involve standing and speaking for short periods

    • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, for detailed review of project assets and quality control checks; and the ability to adjust focus, for detailed work

  • Utilization of technology:

    • Regular use of computer equipment and software tools, including Adobe CS, Keynote, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike), requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination

  • Multi-tasking:

    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time with a strict attention to detail, which may involve shifting focus between tasks
