The Role

The Corporate Communication Intern will report into the Vice President Project Management. This will be a part-time internship around 20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate company discount project

  • Create companywide communications for discount program updates

  • Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with all departments.

  • Assist on all brand related projects.

  • Attends meetings, take notes, and follow-up on outstanding agenda items.

Requirements

  • Currently pursing a degree in Communications or Liberal Arts

  • Interpersonal skills to handle differing personalities

  • Dynamic, outgoing personality along with a very positive attitude and desire to provide excellent support

  • Ability to interface well with all departments at all levels both internally and externally

  • Ability to work with the appropriate sense of urgency and have a drive for results

  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, dependable, and independent

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

  • Knowledge of a computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
